Spark requires licenses in 15 states. The 18 states below include 3 overflow options, so you have room to choose. Mark what you hold, pick what you need, and Eterna purchases them on your behalf once payment clears.

Eterna passes all fees through to you at cost. We add no markup, no service fee, and no administrative charge. What you are billed is the licensing cost plus the processing fee charged by the payment method you select. Each method charges a different rate, shown next to each option above.
Payment is handled by Klarna and is subject to Klarna approval. Eterna does not make the approval decision and cannot influence it. If you are not approved, contact Eterna and we will work out another arrangement.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted, and a second email once your licenses are active.
